Warranty Information

At Treek Depot, we stand behind the quality of every product we sell. All of our mowers and power generators come with a limited manufacturer warranty that protects you against defects in materials and workmanship.

Warranty Coverage

• Mowers: Covered for parts and workmanship defects as specified by the manufacturer (typically 1–3 years)
• Power Generators: Covered under the engine manufacturer's warranty (typically 1–2 years)
• Coverage applies only to the original purchaser with proof of purchase
• Warranty is non-transferable

What’s Not Covered

• Normal wear and tear
• Improper use or misuse of the product
• Damage caused by lack of maintenance or unauthorized repairs
• Consumable items such as belts, blades, filters, or spark plugs

Filing a Warranty Claim

To file a warranty claim, please contact us at treekdepot@gmail.com. Be sure to include your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos or videos if available. Claims must be submitted within the warranty period.

Warranty Service

If your claim is approved, we will coordinate repair, replacement, or provide parts as needed. Some products may require service through authorized manufacturer service centers.
