Return Eligibility

You may return items within 30 days of delivery, provided that:

  • The item is unused, uninstalled, and in its original packaging
  • You have proof of purchase (order number or confirmation email)
  • The item is not a final sale or special order product

How to Request a Return

To initiate a return, please contact us at treekdepot@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return. We will provide return instructions and an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number.

Return Shipping

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or was sent in error. All returns must be shipped with a trackable service to:

Refund Process

Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you by email. Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your product arrives damaged or defective, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery. Include your order number and photos of the damage so we can resolve the issue quickly.
